NetzClub (netzclub.net) was an ad-funded German prepaid mobile brand offering a free prepaid SIM with no contract, no monthly fee and no shipping costs. Customers received a monthly high-speed mobile data allowance (speed reduced after 100 MB) alongside affordable voice/SMS options. The program available at Takeads was discontinued: as of January 27, 2025 the NetzClub brand, its ad-supported tariff offerings (including Sponsored Surf) and the affiliate program were closed and migrated into FONIC; existing customers were migrated and new NetzClub sign-ups are no longer possible. Historically this program suited German-focused publishers such as telecom and technology blogs, mobile comparison sites, coupon and deal portals, student and youth-oriented sites, and publishers targeting prepaid and budget mobile audiences.
